The Heather Bailey Wholesale site is for use by bonafide retailers only and not for personal purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and to withdraw access from customers who mis-use this site, or for any other reason.MinimumsFor wholesale purchasing, we require the following minimums per order:

$60.00 designer felt
$100.00 Trash Ties
For orders containing sewing patterns
, Trash Ties, and felt, all 3 minimum requirements must be met* (totaling $245.00 minimum).
There is also a minimum quantity associated with each sku. Minimum quantities are clearly marked on the product pages of each item. If you place an item in your cart without selecting a quantity first, the shopping cart will automatically populate the Quantity field with the minimum and will display an alert. If you'd like to purchase more than the minimum quantity of a sku, make sure to adjust the quantities shown in your cart before checkout. If an order is placed which does not meet our minimum requirements, we will contact you about adjusting your order. If you have any questions, please email us at

*For instance, an order with mostly sewing supplies and only 3 boxes of
Trash Ties will not qualify to receive wholesale pricing on the Trash
Ties. If such an order is placed, it will require adjusting.
TermsWe require pre-payment on all orders. Your credit card will not be charged until we print out your order for processing. If you need any adjustments made to your order, please contact us immediately, as we like to fill orders as quickly as possible and will be processing your order soon after it is placed. We do offer C.O.D. with the added shipping charge of $10.50 per order to cover C.O.D. charges. For C.O.D. deliveries, we accept money orders or cashier's checks if drawn on a U.S. bank account -- please make payable to Heather Bailey, LLC. We do not currently offer extended terms. We do not offer consignment. Thank you for your patience as we develop new systems to extend your options for future orders.
For the health of the marketplace, we ask online retailers to not severely undercut other retailers by listing Heather's premium sewing patterns for less than 90% of MSRP -- occasional, temporary sales okay. We also ask that our distributors not sell Heather's patterns to online retailers that are in the practice of driving down prices in this way. Thank you.
ShippingPlease allow up to two weeks for your order to ship out. If all items are in stock, your
order will likely ship out within approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase, if not sooner.
If any items are out of stock or at the printer, and your order will take longer than two weeks, we will contact you
with an expected ship date. Please note that orders containing Trash Ties may take 2-3 weeks to process depending on current order volume and quantities in stock.
We offer USPS
shipping on International orders. However, the USPS does not
currently offer shipment tracking options. We cannot be responsible for
items lost in the mail. If you prefer your order be track-able, please
choose a FedEx delivery option at checkout
if it is available to you.

BackordersOrders containing any products that are on back-order will be shipped out as soon as the back-ordered items are in stock. We will not separate your order into multiple shipments. If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders: one for in-stock items & one for back-ordered items. The majority of the time, a product's detail page will notify you if an item is on back-order. In some cases there may not be notification. If this occurs, we will email you about the back-ordered item(s) after your order is placed.
ReturnsItems that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for
exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. All other items
may be returned, in sell-able condition, with all original packaging, within 14
days of receiving, for store credit (minus original shipping charges). The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility.
